How do I cancel an order?
You can cancel an order, that has not yet been shipped, from "My Orders" sections of aegisto.com or you can send a request to email@example.com. After order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
What items can I return?
We would accept returns if there is any faults from our end. We allow easy returns and refunds claim for:
• Products which you received in "Damaged/Defective/Broken" condition.
• Products not as per description/photo on the website.
• Products which you may not like for quality, color and design related issues.
• Consumable products and bulky items cannot be returned.
• Returns would not be accepted for custom made / stitched clothing, including ready made stitched Sarees or Sarees stitched with custom blouse, Jewels.
What is your return policy?
Any complaint with regards to damage or any other should be reported through email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 72 hrs of the receipt of the products. It should contain your order number, item code and images of broken/ defective/ damaged products. We need photos of the damaged/ defective/ different products received so that we can resolve your complaint.
We do not accept any request of returns after 72 hours of receiving the shipment.
The product must be returned in the original condition along with the bills, tags and labels as attached in the product. The returned product should be in its original packaging and in the same unused and unwashed condition as received.
Decision on your complaint will be conveyed within 3 working days from the date of receipt of your complaint.
We don't provide reverse pick-up facility. You himself should return the product to us within 7 days from the date of our final decision of return. Address of return will be informed you separately. In this case, a flat amount of Rs. 50/- will be reimbursed (considering as our fault) for courier charges to you along with your refund amount.
Online Money Transaction cost will also be bearded by us.
What is your refund policy?
• Refund will be allowed after satisfaction of the seller on your complaint.
Thereafter, we will refund 100% cost of the product “without any deduction” after receipt of the item back from you. The amount will be credited in your account within 15 working days.
• We will not refund the custom duties, taxes, if applicable, or paid by you at time of receiving the goods.
• No refund request will be entertained once product has been dispatched or getting delayed at courier service due to unforeseen conditions like bad weather, strikes, bandh, etc.
• At any point of time, in any case the refunds will not exceed the actual value of the goods.
What is your Exchange Policy?
• Yes, Exchange is allowed if informed through email at email@example.com within 72 hours from the date of receiving of your shipment which you opt for exchange.
• you can exchange your item and receive a replacement of that exact product or another product of the same value.
• If the value of the replacement product exceeds that of the previously purchased product, the difference will have to be paid in advance.
• We will provide Free Delivery services at once. Thereafter, during exchange, you have to bear the courier charges from both the sides.
